    Let us handle your CPR certification training with our National Training Solution service. With AED United, we bring authorized HSI instructors to your facility, so classes are taught by experienced professionals.

    Classes are available seven days a week and are conducted at your organization’s convenience. Blended or traditional in-person classes are offered and include a student handbook, training supply kit, and certification card for every student who successfully completes the class.

    Skills Developed:

    CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and First Aid certification programs provide participants with a range of skills and knowledge necessary to respond effectively to medical emergencies. Here's a breakdown of the skills typically learned in each certification:

    CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

       - Recognition of cardiac arrest signs and symptoms.

       - Assessing the scene safety and ensuring personal safety.

       - Checking the responsiveness of the victim.

       - Activating emergency medical services (EMS) by calling for help or instructing someone else to do so.

       - Performing chest compressions to maintain blood circulation.

       - Providing rescue breaths to ensure adequate oxygenation.

       - Understanding the appropriate compression-to-ventilation ratio.

       - Utilizing techniques such as hands-only CPR or traditional CPR based on the victim's condition.

    AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

       - Understanding the purpose and function of an AED.

       - Recognizing when and how to use an AED in cardiac arrest situations.

       - Operating an AED safely and effectively, following voice prompts or visual instructions.

       - Ensuring proper placement of AED pads on the victim's chest.

       - Delivering a controlled electric shock to restore normal heart rhythm if advised by the AED.

    First Aid

       - Assessing the scene and ensuring personal safety before providing assistance.

       - Recognizing and responding to various medical emergencies, including bleeding, burns, fractures, and allergic reactions.

       - Administering appropriate first aid treatments such as wound care, bandaging, and splinting.

       - Providing care for victims of heatstroke, hypothermia, and other environmental emergencies.

       - Recognizing the signs and symptoms of medical conditions like stroke, heart attack, and diabetic emergencies.

       - Managing choking incidents in adults, children, and infants using appropriate techniques.

       - Understanding the importance of infection control and practicing universal precautions.
